Kelly King

After completing her time with the Alvin Ailey Dance Center, Kelly King became a Radio City Rockette for 12 years and performed extensively on television, stage, and film. She toured nationally with the Broadway show Fosse. Her other credits include Dancing With the Stars, The Tonight Show, the MTV Music Awards, NBC’s WOW Awards at Lincoln Center, Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, The Today Show, and a performance with the Pussycat Dolls at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas.

As a teacher, King spent 12 years with Next Generation Ballet. She has also had the privilege of teaching at Joffrey Ballet Summer of Hip Hop, Joffrey Ballet Jazz & Contemporary, Mobile Ballet, Duncan Cooper’s Elevate Workshop, American Ballet Theatre, Broadway Dance Center, Boss Kids NYC, King has had the honor of having residencies at University of South Florida, University of Jacksonville, Alabama School of the Arts, Miami Arts Charter.

She has collaborated and worked closely with world renowned artists such as: Mia Michaels, Ann Reinking, Gwen Verdon, and Pitbull.
